The drawing room was a perfect space for our hen party, and the staff, especially Hayley, were fantastic in their communication, ensuring we had everything we needed to celebrate. The food and drinks were really good, making up for the minor issues we faced with parking and noise. Although the room decor felt a tad dated, the size was great, and we loved having easy access to local landmarks like the Holst Birthplace Museum and the beautiful Imperial Gardens, perfect for family bonding. it was a nice stay with unique features, despite a few areas needing improvement.

I recently spent two nights at a charming hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was a good experience. The convenient location offered easy access to nearby attractions, and the cozy ambiance was perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a savory evening meal at the well-presented restaurant. Our spacious room featured a luxurious shower and bath, and we appreciated the onsite parking. A lovely lounge area provided a perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and special place, pleasant and welcoming staff. Spotless and luxurious room with an open bathroom. Breakfast with the granola and brown bread, as example. Such great stay, as always.

We experienced some problems which resulted in us moving rooms 4 times. However, each time the staff were exceptional and we ended up moving to the Penthouse Suite with our accomodation bill being refunded.

We visited the local museum and had fun at a nearby park. The hotel was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. Parking was easy, a bonus, and we enjoyed our meals.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location was very convenient for the centre of Cheltenham. From the outside it looked attractive. The lounges and bar appeared pleasant. There was car parking on site.
We were very dissatisfied with our stay at the hotel. Our room was tiny, the air conditioning did not function. There was virtually no clothes storage space. Service was very poor. A letter of complaint has been sent to the Manager.

Design of the Hotel is great, very quiet and tidy
There is no Air condition!!! It was boiling and we couldn’t really sleep. Changed the room at Midnight and even had to take showers to cool down. The management didn't have much to say and got us a discount on the room. For the price we paid I won't be going back again!
